How to request deletion of your account

Prepare your request

Send an email to info@kitabii.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Include the required information

In the email, clearly specify:

• Your full name
• The email associated with the account
• The pharmacy company name (if applicable)
• The reason for the deletion request

Confirm the request

Explicitly confirm that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Wait for confirmation

Within 48 working hours, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.

Request processing

Your request will be processed within 30 working days of receipt.
